Clinical supervision is provided for therapists holding a LMSW license in Maryland, Virginia, or DC or a LGPC license in the state of Maryland.
Job Description

Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.

Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

Creates individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.

Meets with clients regularly to provide therapy and to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.

Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.

Completes paperwork (notes, treatment plans, etc.) the day the client is seen.

Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
Requirements
-
Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field
-
Maryland, Virginia, or DC mental health license (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC)

Reliable computer and internet access

Private space to meet with clients virtually without interruptions
