About

I provide virtual mental health services to adults seeking to overcome life’s temporary stressors, including those who want to discover healthier coping skills and those who may feel they have areas for growth. This may include young adults, parents, caregivers, professionals, or anyone interested in accessing their untapped potential.

The body keeps score—everything a person experiences from the time they are conceived is stored in the body to assist in making split-second decisions in the future. This is an incredible phenomenon that we all are a part of.

Who we are and where we have been significantly affect how we cope with stressors. However, everyone is capable of pushing beyond the box that was created for us. Learning healthier and more effective ways of communication, setting boundaries, and taking care of self are all ways we improve and grow to our fullest potential.

My aim is to guide you to a point of self-discovery and personal growth by offering in-session development of coping skills, providing psychoeducation to improve your understanding of others, and improving your communication. I look forward to working with you!

Experience

I have been in the helping profession since 2011 and have worked with a wide array of individuals. My experience includes working with children facing mental health challenges and working in the prison system. Recently, I have provided crisis intervention services in a hospital setting, served older adults in a home health setting, and worked with treatment foster youth and foster families.
